FIXTURES AND FITTINGS FORM (TA10)
The Fixtures and Fittings Form (formally known as the TA10) is a detailed questionnaire completed by the seller.
It requires the seller to explicitly indicate which items inside and outside the property (such as carpets, curtains, white goods, light fixtures, garden sheds, and shelving) are included in the sale price, being removed, or available to purchase separately.
This document is legally incorporated into the contract package to prevent disputes on moving day. It ensures both parties share clear expectations about what can be expected in terms of furnishings.
