GLOSSARY
OFFICE COPY ENTRIES
Office Copy Entries (OCE), historically referred to as Title Deeds, are official digital records maintained by HM Land Registry that serve as proof of the current owner.
The Title Register is the main title deed and is divided into three sections:
A. Property Register (describing the land);
B. Proprietorship Register (naming the legal owner); and
C. Charges Register (listing mortgages, rights, and restrictive covenants).
They also highlight any restrictions or easements over the property and the Title Plan shows the outline of the property boundaries.
