PROPERTY INFORMATION FORM (TA6)
The Property Information Form (formally known as the TA6) is a questionnaire completed by the seller at the start of a transaction.
It covers extensive details about the property including boundary responsibilities, disputes with any neighbours, parking arrangements, electrical installations and connected utility services.
Sellers have a legal obligation to answer these questions honestly. The TA6 provides the buyer with insights that official searches might not include.
