PROTOCOL FORMS (TA6, TA7 & TA10)
Protocol Forms refer to the standardised nationwide questionnaires (TA6, TA7 and TA10) that form part of the draft contract documentation.
Developed under the Law Society Conveyancing Protocol these uniform templates streamline transactions by ensuring consistent information is gathered on every sale.
For a leasehold transaction all three forms are required whereas on a freehold transaction only the TA6 and TA10 are required.
